GUIDES from the 1st Silsden company are hoping to be quids in as they take on their latest challenge.
The girls are using their entrepreneurial skills to grow a £10 donation.
St James' Parish Church in the town is behind the initiative, distributing tenners to uniformed youth organisations and other supporters.
Vicar, the Rev David Griffiths, says: "Everyone wins! The groups keep the £10 and half the profits made, whilst the remainder goes to our Project 200+ church hall renovation project. The hall is where the young people meet, so they have a stake in it becoming a vastly improved venue."
The renovation project is in its fourth phase, to restore the original ceiling and roof, provide double-glazed windows and new interior doors, and redecorate.
