POLICE have issued an appeal for witnesses following the Keighley crash which left a bus driver seriously injured.
The accident happened shortly before 9am yesterday (March 7) when a Volvo single-decker was in collision with a John Deere tractor on the A629 Aire Valley trunk road, between the Silsden and Hard Ings roundabouts.
Both vehicles were travelling towards Keighley.
The 52-year-old bus driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The tractor driver was uninjured.
West Yorkshire Police roads policing unit is investigating the accident and would like to hear from anyone who witnessed it, or may have footage that will assist their enquiries.
