TRAIN operator Northern is reminding passengers of timetable changes that take effect this month.
The new timetables come into force on Sunday, May 21.
And the company says that whilst most services will remain unaltered, there is a "small number" of changes to specific lines.
On the Airedale line, trains to Bradford Forster Square will be reduced to one an hour during off-peak periods, which Northern says "reflects lower customer demand". Services during peak periods will continue twice hourly.
Tricia Williams, for Northern, says: "The new timetable is part of a national change process that takes place twice a year for all train operators in England. I would advise customers to check the timetable for any travel plans after May 21."
