A FREE dog activity day is being held at Keighley's Cliffe Castle Park.
The event – Woofts – takes place near the cafe on Saturday, June 3, between 11am and 2pm.
Attractions will include stalls, giveaways, face painting, pooch-and-owner wellbeing walks, a fun dog show with prizes, and a photo hub offering pet portraits.
Aireworth Dogs in Need will be selling canine products, running a tombola and providing a chipping service. Although free, donations to the charity would be welcome.
Cliffe Castle Support Group is backing the event.
A spokesperson says: "It’s sure to be a fun and informative day for both dog owners and pooches.
"Show categories will include 'musical bumps', which is musical chairs for dogs, or maybe your pet has the 'waggiest tail' or 'marvellous markings'? Perhaps someone in the family is the 'best junior handler', or somebody owns a 'dog of the day'? Registration for all categories opens at 11am, but can be made up to ten minutes before the start of each.
"Please note dogs must be on a lead in the event area."
Aireworth Vets and Canine Company of Brackley have donated prizes.
