TRANSDEV – which operates Keighley Bus Company – is delivering its own salute to service personnel this Saturday (June 24).
The firm is marking Armed Forces Day by providing free travel across its network for current members of the army, Royal Navy and RAF, cadet volunteers and veterans.
Personnel will qualify by simply showing a forces ID card, or wearing their uniform or medals.
Transdev operations director, Vitto Pizzuti, says: "We are delighted to show our support for the armed forces, as we have previously, once again by offering free travel to serving military and veterans.
"All of us at Transdev are keen to show how much we value what our service men and women do for our country. Providing free travel is our way of doing so, by making it easier for them to attend the many events taking place across the north."
Several of Transdev’s own workforce have forces connections.
