A KEIGHLEY man who admitted possessing cannabis has been given a conditional discharge by magistrates.
Abdul Kadir Mojnu Ali pleaded guilty to the possession of two pots and three bags of cannabis, a controlled Class B drug.
The offence occurred in Holycroft Street, Keighley, on September 25, 2021.
In addition to being conditionally discharged for 12 months, Ali, 36, of Prospect Drive, was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £22 victim surcharge by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
An order was made for the cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
