BUSINESSES across the district are celebrating success in an annual awards scheme.
Accolades were handed out in a number of different categories at the Keighley & Airedale Business Awards.
A presentation evening at Victoria Hall, Keighley, was compered by BBC Look North weather presenter Paul Hudson.
Headline sponsor was Teconnex.
A spokesperson for the event congratulated the team behind the awards, and added: "An even bigger congratulations goes to the winners, sponsors, finalists and special recognition recipients for their success. You should all be incredibly proud!"
The prestigious Overall Business of the Year Award, sponsored by Teconnex, went to Keighley-based dog food manufacturer Cobbydog, a trading division of E&S Feeds.
And special recognition awards for services to the community were presented to Airedale Enterprise Services, Aireworth Vets, Gallagher Family Funeral Directors and Shimla Spice.
Other winners were:
* Milner Awards, for first-year advanced manufacturing and engineering apprentices, sponsored by Keighley Training Consortium – special recognition, Callum McCann and Luke Westerman; best academic performance, James Longley; best vocational skills, Joel Monks; outstanding apprentice, James Gardiner.
* New Business of the Year, sponsored by Cosurica – No3 the Bistro. Finalists, Omega Solutions and The Birches, Eldwick.
* Health & Wellbeing Business of the Year, sponsored by Keighley College – Cobbydale Forge. Finalists, Vidrate and Jacqui Mac Aesthetics.
* Retailer of the Year, sponsored by the Airedale Shopping Centre – Three Little Birds Bakery. Finalists, The Kindred Bizarre and Silverland with Passion.
* Social Enterprise of the Year, sponsored by Keighley Social Enterprise Town – Missing Peace Wellbeing & Support. Finalist, Keighley Healthy Living.
* Independent/Family Business of the Year, sponsored by Blacks Solicitors – HP Cleaning & Support. Finalists, Gallagher Family Funeral Directors and Cobbydog (E&S Feeds).
* Food & Drink Business of the Year, sponsored by AWB Charlesworth Solicitors – Vidrate. Finalists, Three Little Birds Bakery and RiRi’s Coffee House.
* Professional Services Business of the Year, sponsored by Keybury – Aireworth Vets. Finalists, Aireworth Property and Specsavers.
