A KEIGHLEY shopping mall is up for sale.
Offers of around £895,000 are being sought for Cavendish Court, in Lawkholme Lane.
The one-acre site includes the 24-unit mall and a car park at the rear, comprising around 120 spaces.
Commercial property consultant Mark Brearley & Company, which is dealing with the sale, says the site currently produces gross income of about £61,731.
It adds that the mall could – subject to planning permission – be "considered suitable for alternative development", such as a large single retail/supermarket unit, a gym or other leisure use, a car showroom or industrial/warehouse units.
Mark Brearley, company director, says: "Cavendish Court is currently owned by a local investment firm, which has decided that this is an opportune time to put it on the market.
"We are delighted to be handling the sale.
"The property occupies an excellent location – just off Cavendish Street and immediately adjacent to Sainsbury's supermarket, with the benefit of an access directly off Lawkholme Lane – and it offers a substantial opportunity."
He says a number of the units at Cavendish Court – which opened in 1992 – are let on a short-term basis, and all but one are occupied.

The company has offices in Skipton and Leeds.
