A LOTHERSDALE woman has been promoted to a senior role at Skipton Building Society.
Jen Lloyd has become the society's head of products and propositions.
After graduating with a politics and philosophy degree from Manchester University, her first job was as a customer advisor at Skipton Building Society’s Colne branch.
She then progressed into roles within the marketing, strategy and product development teams.
Jen says: "I am incredibly humbled and pleased to be heading up the product team.
"As a mother of two boys, I always want to show them the importance of working hard and what can be achieved when you apply yourself.
"I began in a branch, I’ve worked hard and I have never lost sight of what our customers want or need to reach their financial goals and to help them find a place to call home. Knowing that I play a key role and have an opportunity to make these goals possible to even more people gives me a real buzz."
