TWO new managerial appointments have been made at a Glusburn support facility for people with complex mental health conditions.
Sally-Anne Redhead has become registered manager, and Craig Chatburn care home manager, at Malsis Hall.
"My primary responsibility will be to ensure every individual receives the best treatment, care and support possible," says Sally-Anne, a qualified nurse who has worked in the NHS for 41 years.
"Malsis Hall's commitment to holistic and person-centred care deeply resonated with me. I was drawn to its emphasis on fostering a sense of community and belonging for each individual."
She has extensive experience of caring for people with mental health conditions, autism and learning difficulties.
Craig's role will involve overseeing the day-to-day running of the service's care home element.
He says: "My aim is to ensure that the highest standards of care and support are consistently maintained. This includes fostering a culture of compassion and professionalism among the staff, as well as ensuring the health and wellbeing of each person."
