KEIGHLEY Bus Company has launched a recruitment drive.
And the firm is staging an open day this Saturday (December 2) to showcase opportunities on offer.
The event takes place at the Chapel Lane, Keighley, depot between 11am-4pm.
People are being sought to join the company's engineering team, and bosses would also like to hear from anyone interested in becoming a driver.
Keighley Bus Company general manager, Jim Craven, says: "We’re keen to meet positive people with the drive to serve our customers across the network.
"Our engineering team is especially looking for engineers with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent mechanical qualifications, vehicle technicians and body repairers.
"We’re also offering those thinking of switching career the opportunity to drive into 2024 behind the wheel of our modern buses. With an all-new electric fleet on its way to our Shuttle route linking Keighley and Bradford, there’s never been a better time to join our team. And it doesn’t matter if you’ve never driven anything bigger than a car; we can train you to the highest standards in our award-winning academy.
"At the open day, potential recruits will be able to chat to depot staff and the management team about the roles available."
