AN online fashion retailer is celebrating its 70th anniversary.
Damart staff at Bingley and the company's logistics site in Station Road, Steeton, have taken part in several activities – including birthday lunches – to mark the milestone.
And a limited-edition anniversary collection was launched.
Managing director, Fiona Mannion, says: "It’s been a big year for the Damart brand.
"Being able to mark our 70th anniversary is a momentous occasion – and it’s great to be able to celebrate with all of our colleagues, who make Damart the company it is today.
"We would also like to say a very big 'thank you' to our customers, many of whom have shopped with us down the years and been fantastically loyal."
The celebrations also saw all staff receive a special anniversary thermal top, and representatives from the Friends of Myrtle Park in Bingley were invited to a picnic. Through its On Senior’s Side Foundation, Damart supported the Friends to install six benches in the park's lower meadow.
