CARING customers and staff at a Keighley home furnishings store are helping to spread festive cheer.
The Dunelm outlet at Alston Retail Park has taken part in the company's fourth Delivering Joy Christmas campaign.
Charlotte Eeles, a store host who also looks after Facebook community admin at the outlet, co-ordinated the effort.
She contacted care homes, schools, Airedale Hospital, the Salvation Army and other organisations in the area and compiled a wishlist of gifts for people who may otherwise go without.
Over 400 tags with details of people's wishes were then placed on a Christmas tree in the store, and employees and customers were invited to donate.
Charlotte says: "The response was overwhelming – we received 450 gifts!
"I would like to say a huge 'thank you' to each and every one of our customers who has gifted to Delivering Joy this year, and to colleagues.
"Thank you so much for your generosity."
