Police issue appeal after accident (Image: File)
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a road accident in Keighley which left a 72-year-old pedestrian with serious injuries.
The man was struck by a van in South Street yesterday (December 21), shortly after 5.50pm.
He was taken to hospital for treatment. His condition is currently unknown.
West Yorkshire Police say a 47-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. He has since been released under investigation.
