HELP is at hand for Keighley households to save money on their energy bills.

A community interest company is offering free home visits to provide tailored expert advice.

And the award-winning organisation, YES Energy Solutions, also operates a support line where people can access tips.

The home visits, being staged in partnership with the Government's Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, are available to anyone living within West Yorkshire.

As part of its support, YES Energy Solutions — which is based in Halifax – can provide free information about funding opportunities for home improvements such as insulation.

Spokesperson Duncan McCombie says: "We understand the huge challenges posed by high energy prices and the cost-of-living crisis across the county.

"If you’re struggling with your bills or just want some help getting to grips with your energy use, we’re here for you.

"We want to help people understand how they can manage their bills and access funding which could include free financial support for loft insulation or a new boiler.

"Our support means individuals and families will improve the energy efficiency in their homes and reduce their household budgets."
