A CARE home group has launched a wellbeing and development hub for its staff.
Employees of Spellman Care can use the online platform to access resources, support networks and details of training opportunities.
An official launch was held through wellbeing events staged at each of the group's four homes, which include Springbank at Silsden and Steeton Court. Staff were able to explore the hub’s features first-hand, ask questions and enjoy refreshments and activities with colleagues.
Philippa Young, group operations manager at Spellman Care, says: "Our staff are the heart and soul of our organisation, and the launch of the wellbeing and development hub reflects our unwavering commitment to their wellbeing, growth and satisfaction.
"We believe that by providing comprehensive support and opportunities for personal and professional development, we can empower our staff to deliver exceptional care whilst also feeling valued and motivated."
The hub expands on the group's Star Awards programme, which provides staff with the chance to nominate colleagues for an accolade each month.
