TWO councillors are launching monthly 'ward walks'.
Mark Curtis and Luke Maunsell – who represent Oakworth on Keighley Town Council – will focus on identifying issues such as potholes, damaged signage and litter, and will be available to chat to residents.
The first walk is on Saturday, February 24, from 10am to noon, in the Windsor Road area.
Cllr Maunsell says: "Mark and I believe in getting our hands dirty and supporting people however we can.
"We spend a lot of time in meetings, representing the village, but love nothing more than directly making an impact."
Cllr Curtis says: "If residents see us about, I hope they come forward and chat about how we can continue to ensure Oakworth is a great place to live."
