A RESTAURANT owner from Keighley is celebrating after his business won another top accolade.
Habib Ullah's Barlick Raj Balti premises has been named Balti Restaurant of the Year in the Nation’s Curry Awards, presented at a ceremony in Manchester.
The recognition comes just months after the eaterie took the Best Restaurant of the Year title at the Curry Life Awards.
Habib, who travels to the Barnoldswick restaurant from his Keighley home every day, said it was a "great honour" to receive the latest accolade.
"Words cannot describe the feelings when we were announced as the winner," says Habib, 36.
"We would like to deeply thank our loyal customers. Barlick Raj is what it is because of our customers and we really appreciate their support."
Habib – who is now in his 13th year running the business – works in partnership with his brother, Muhibur Rahman, the restaurant's head chef.
"We are in the process of refurbishing and expanding the restaurant and are hoping to create many more jobs," Habib adds.
