FIRE has ripped through a derelict mansion at the St Ives estate in Harden.
Firefighters from across the area tackled the blaze, which broke out just after 6.30pm yesterday.
At the height of the incident, eight fire engines and an aerial appliance were in attendance.
Crews attended from Keighley, Bingley, Bradford, Fairweather Green and Illingworth fire stations.
West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said multiple large water jets and hose reels were used to bring the blaze under control.
The building, a former nursing home, was extensively damaged.
The cause of the fire is not currently known.
