PLAYING For Kicks is headlining at the 139th Groovy Happening in Haworth.
The event takes place on Saturday, April 6, upstairs at the Parkside Social Club, from 7.30pm.
Admission is £5, cash only, with all proceeds going to the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands.
Playing For Kicks, which last appeared at Groovy just over a year ago, plays well-known songs from the 1960s through to the noughties. The band will perform two sets.
Also appearing are the returning Stuart Corrigan, a self-taught musician, and Groovy debutant Havoc City – a rock band which burst onto the West Yorkshire music scene just last year. It fuses elements from the 80s and 90s with newer rock and indie.
Between the live acts, there will be entertainment from Phil Hobson's disco, which will also close the night.
Other attractions at the event will include a raffle, and organisers welcome any donations of prizes.
