A GARDENERS' question time is being held at Glusburn.
The event is being staged on Friday, April 19, by Glusburn & Cross Hills Gardening Society.
It takes place at Glusburn Community and Arts Centre – the institute building – in Colne Road, starting at 7.30pm.
There will be a presentation showcasing members' achievements – covering topics including orchids, fuchsias and allotment development – followed by a discussion on many other subjects.
Special guest is David Allison, of the National Vegetable Society.
People can submit questions in advance, or on the evening.
Derek Blackwell, for the society, says: "This is a great opportunity to learn about, and celebrate, local gardening skills and experience.
"Everyone is welcome and we look forward to seeing people on the night."
Admission is £3 for members, and £5 for non-members.
For further information about the event, and future society meetings, call Mr Blackwell on 07834 713735.
