A NOVEL new course is being launched at Keighley Library.
'Write Your Novel' begins on Saturday, May 18, and will run for seven weeks.
The course is being led by author, journalist and comic book writer David Barnett.
Sessions will take place between 10am and 1pm, each Saturday.
People at any stage of writing, from having an initial idea to a fully-formed novel, are welcome to enrol.
A library spokesperson says: "This is a rare opportunity to attend a course led by an established published author working across several genre.
"David will help you get your novel in the best shape for publication.
"He will cover writing your novel – looking at ideas, structure and style – and how to approach literary agents and publishers, plus what to expect when you finally land that book deal."
The course costs £65.
