OXNOP Singers are staging their spring concert.
And the event – at Oxenhope Community Centre on Sunday, May 19, at 7.30pm – will be the swan song of musical director Helen McClorry.
She is stepping down after 15 years in the role, and dozens of performances at venues across the Worth Valley.
Helen is handing over the baton to the Singers' pianist, Rosemary Pettitt.
"I am genuinely sad to be leaving," says Helen.
"I’d been worried about telling members, but I am happy to be leaving the choir in the capable hands of Rosemary."
Rosemary, a lifelong teacher of music, said she was looking forward to taking on the role.
The spring concert will feature a wide range of songs, including a medley from the musical Chicago, a four-part rendition of three Abba classics and two gospel numbers.
Tickets are available, priced £8, by calling 01535 644995 or 07748 208156.
