A KEIGHLEY school is closed to most of its students after flooding in several areas of the building.
Holy Family Catholic School, in Spring Garden Lane, Keighley, is closing today to all students except those sitting English and ICT exams after heavy rainfall overnight flooded several areas of the school building.
A spokesperson for the school said: "Following the heavy rainfall overnight unfortunately several areas of the school building are flooded.
"Therefore the school will be closed to all students other than those due to sit examinations today. Students sitting English and ICT examinations this morning should attend school for their exams as normal.
"They will be dismissed to go home immediately following their exam."
All other learning will be remote and can be accessed via Classcharts, the school said.
The school hopes to provide an update on the situation for Tuesday as soon as possible.
"Apologies for any inconvenience," the spokesperson added.
