A HOSPITAL charity is bowled over with its latest donation.
Airedale Hospital & Community Charity has received £500 from Sutton-in-Craven Cricket Club.
The cash was raised at an annual charity match last year.
Club members have been supporting the hospital for several years.
Cricket sets are donated to the children's ward each Christmas, and the charity matches began in 2022.
Stuart Todd, for the club, says: "The charity match is one of our busiest days of the year and so many people from the community step up and volunteer.
"As a club it's a great feeling for us to be able to give back to such an important local cause.
"We look forward to continuing to support the charity and hospital patients in the future."
Jodie Hearnshaw, manager of Airedale Hospital & Community Charity, says: "The club is a fabulous supporter of our charity.
"We're so grateful for the support."
