HOUSING group Incommunities will open a community hub in Keighley later this year, it has announced.
The organisation is launching five hubs in total, serving customers across the region.
Two are already up and running – at Allerton and Deighton, Huddersfield.
Staff are on hand at the drop-in facilities to help residents with a wide range of issues.
Lindsey Roche, head of neighbourhoods at Incommunities, says: "Customers said they wanted us to be more accessible to them within their communities, so that they could come and talk to us.
"We listened to their feedback and have so far opened two community hubs, with three more planned later this year – in Keighley, Holme Wood and at a location within Bradford city centre.
"Customers can drop in without an appointment and speak to a neighbourhood housing officer, report any repairs required and access support to help manage their tenancy or money."
