TOOLS were stolen from a van parked outside a cricket club.
The theft happened outside Oakworth Cricket Club, in Wide Lane, Oakworth, between 7pm on Saturday (June 1) and 7am the following day.
Police reported that a VW Transporter Caddy van was broken into whilst parked outside the cricket club when the suspect/s reportedly smashed the nearside passenger window then lifted the bonnet to cut the battery wires, in a possible attempt to disable the alarm.
A number of tools were stolen.
Anyone with information about the theft should ring police on 101 and quote crime reference number 13240295309.
