AN open gardens event is being held at Silsden.
Visitors will be able to call at more than a dozen gardens across the town, on the weekend of June 29 and 30.
Some venues will offer afternoon tea, and there will be plant sales and exhibitions.
Programmes can be obtained – priced £3 – from Twiggs Newsagents, in Kirkgate, Silsden. They include a map with details of the participating gardens.
The event, which will run from 11am to 4pm both days, is being sponsored by Climate Action Silsden.
Proceeds will be divided between Climate Action Silsden and Friends of Silsden Green Spaces.
A spokesperson for the organisers said: "Fourteen beautiful gardens will be open to the public over the weekend.
"We hope that visitors will enjoy the event, as there is lots to see to inspire and delight both gardeners and non-gardeners."
