OAKWORTH Gala has a new 'royal retinue'.
Ten-year-old Annie Hardman will be queen at this year's event, on Saturday, July 6.
And she will be attended by rosebuds Betsy Bennett and Harlie Rae Todd, both five.
The procession will assemble at Windsor Road at 1pm and set off an hour later, making its way through the village to the gala field, off Victoria Road.
Attractions at the field will include stalls, entertainment, a bouncy castle, dance, refreshments, the village hall 'pop up' bar, children's rides and races.
And the annual run, the Oakworth Haul, will be held. It covers a four-mile route, starting and finishing at the field.
