AMNESIA is headlining at Haworth's latest Groovy Happening.
The retro party band focuses on rock blues and soul from the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
Lining up will be Bob Holt on drums, bassist Pete Gales, Mick Ryan standing in on guitar and Neil Thomas, performing vocals, tenor sax and flute.
The event takes place upstairs at Parkside Social Club on Saturday, July 6, from 7.30pm.
Admission is £5, cash only, with all proceeds going to Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands.
Since Groovy Happening – now on event 141 – was first held, £51,950 has been raised.
Opening the latest evening will be songwriter and performer Tony King, who is making his third appearance at Groovy.
And next up is rock band Havoc City, a Groovy debutant. The band, which first burst onto the West Yorkshire music scene last year, fuses elements from the 1980s/90s with more recent rock and indie.
