A KEIGHLEY motorist who had no insurance or licence has been banned from driving and ordered to pay over £1,000 by magistrates.
Kevin Michael Hadfield used a vehicle without insurance in Devonshire Street, Keighley, on October 29 last year.
He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £264 victim surcharge and £90 costs and disqualified from driving for six months by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Hadfield, 43, of Exley Road, also drove without a licence in Hard Ings Road, Keighley, on December 11. No separate penalty was imposed for that offence.
