ROBBIE Moore has spoken of his delight at retaining his Keighley & Ilkley seat in the general election – admitting he was "very nervous" in the run up to the result.
He's the only Conservative MP remaining across the Bradford district, amid a Labour landslide victory nationally.
Mr Moore said his win was "completely unexpected".
He added: "I'm over the moon and very pleased that the people of Keighley and the surrounding area voted for me.
"It was completely unexpected and I was very nervous.
"There were some crunch moments.
"But I'm thrilled everyone from across the constituency have put their faith in me."
