A SUMMER treasure hunt has been launched in Haworth.

The family event takes place in the village until Wednesday, August 7.

There are 15 questions, based around subjects including history, geography, maths and sport.

Behind the initiative is Ryan Ettenfield.

"The idea is to keep families entertained," he says.

"Each question can only be answered by finding a location in photo clues.

"Some of the questions are intentionally hard, to encourage conversations between parents and children about subjects they might not otherwise encounter. Plus there's at least one even adults will struggle with!

"And as it involves walking up and down Main Street, it's a great way to keep fit!"

The activity is aimed at primary-school-aged children.

One winner will receive a £50 gift voucher.
