INDIE rock band The Veese is headlining at Haworth's latest Groovy Happening.
The event takes place this Saturday (August 3), upstairs at the Parkside Social Club.
Doors open at 7.30pm.
Admission is £5, cash only, with all proceeds going to Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands.
Since Groovy Happening – now on event number 142 – began, £51,950 has been raised.
The Veese has played at venues across the UK and Ireland, including performances at Beat-Herder Festival and Bingley Weekender.
Its latest single and a debut album are on the horizon.
First on stage, and making their Groovy debut, are Bradford-based indie rockers Cry About It! The band features singer-guitarist Oliver Ripley and drummer Oscar Booth.
And it will be followed by the returning Screams Of Youth, a young three-piece grunge rock band.
