CROWDS turned out in force for a village fete.
Delighted organisers say the event, at Oxenhope, was a huge success.
The fete – on the millennium green – was officially opened by comedy street theatre duo, PC Gone Mad, from Markmark Productions.
Attractions during the afternoon included performances from locally-based musicians, food and drink, a birds of prey interactive flying display and fun dog show.
There were over 40 stalls and games, including axe throwing, a coconut shy, splat the rat and tin can alley.
Arena activities culminated with a tug-of-war and children's races, which were followed by a duck race.
A spokesperson for the organisers says: "The fete was a huge success.
"Locals turned out in their hundreds on what was the perfect weather day.
"It was a great day out for everyone."
The annual event had returned last year after an enforced three-year absence due to the pandemic.
