A SILSDEN motorist has admitted drink-driving.
David Middlesmiss, 33, of Hawber Cote Lane, was found to have 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit for driving is 35 microgrammes.
The offence took place in Station Road, Cross Hills, on June 22.
He was banned from driving for 17 months – to be reduced by 17 weeks on completion of a course – fined £461, and ordered to pay a £184 victim surcharge and £85 costs by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail.
