A HAWORTH woman is hosting her 31st annual coffee day and bring-and-buy sale in aid of Manorlands.
Kath Neal is staging the event at her Sowden's Cottage, Dimples Lane, home on Thursday, August 22 – between 10.30am-4.30pm and 6.30pm-9pm.
Everyone is welcome.
Attractions will include cakes, bric-a-brac, a tombola and raffle.
Since Kath started the initiative, she has coined-in around £70,000 for the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.
Manorlands supports patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families at the hospice and in the community, across an area covering Craven, Airedale, Wharfedale and parts of Bradford.
All services are free to patients and loved ones, but it costs over £10,000 a day to run the hospice.
Only a fraction of the cost is covered by statutory funding.
