KEIGHLEY'S most and least expensive residential streets have been revealed.

Data for houses sold over the past five years has been analysed.

Topping the price charts was Skipton Road, Utley, where five properties sold for an average of £426,600.

It was followed by Banks Lane, Riddlesden, where seven homes went for an average of £392,492.

And then High Pastures, Keighley, where the five properties sold averaged £373,700.

The cheapest properties were to be found in Cartmel Road, Keighley, where four sold for an average of £50,500.

Next cheapest was Emily Street, Lawkholme. It saw three properties sell for an average of £50,666.

And the three properties sold at Castle Court, Keighley, averaged £53,498.

The figures have been compiled by house sales company Property Solvers, which has tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019.

Property Solvers co-founder, Ruban Selvanayagam, says: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had three or more sales.

"It’s worth noting that in recent years one property in Green Head Lane sold for £635,000 and – at the other end of the market – there were properties that sold for £34,500 and under at Cliffe Court, Neville Street and Drewry Road."
