A PIONEERING Silsden-based dental firm is continuing to grow.

EthOss Regeneration, a leading innovator in dental implant and bone grafting solutions, has appointed a new marketing executive.

Kayleigh Houghton will be responsible primarily for patient communications within the firm.

She joins EthOss from Skipton Building Society, where she had worked her way up from a receptionist role to corporate communications lead over the past 10 years.

"I am thrilled to have joined EthOss," says Kayleigh.

"Moving from a large business to a thriving small company working on a global scale is really exciting.

"I’m looking forward to seeing how I can help the business continue to succeed whilst putting patients at the forefront of our communications."

EthOss Regeneration has increased its export markets by more than 60 per cent in the last five years to include Australia, Germany, Italy and, most recently, Morocco.

It now operates in over 65 countries worldwide.

Kayleigh’s appointment comes just weeks after the company hired its second apprentice – Sam Holder, 17, who has joined as an office administrator.

Peter Wheeler, EthOss managing director, says: "Kayleigh’s new role within our team signals our commitment to showcasing the benefits of our EthOss product not just to dental practitioners but directly to patients too."

Kayleigh is also studying for a BA in creative writing and English language.
