A KEIGHLEY motorist has been ordered to pay over £1,200 after he drove without insurance and carried a child passenger who was not wearing a seatbelt.
Muhammad Ishaq pleaded guilty to the offences, which occurred in Bradford Street, Keighley, on September 4 last year.
The 32-year-old, of Lister Street, was fined £605 and ordered to pay £400 costs and a £242 victim surcharge by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Also, his driving record was endorsed with eight points.
