A KEIGHLEY man has admitted having a dog that was dangerously out of control and caused an injury.
Alistair Hibbert has been fined £416 and disqualified from keeping a dog for three years following the incident, which happened in Grove Mill Lane, Keighley, on July 13 last year.
The 47-year-old, of Exley Mount, was also ordered to pay a £166 victim surcharge and £85 costs by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
And an order was made for the dog, an XL bully, to be destroyed.
