KVU Singers – the choir which began life as Keighley Vocal Union – is staging an autumn concert.
The event is being held at Christ Church, Skipton, on Sunday, October 20, at 7.30pm.
Opening the programme will be Palestrina's Stabat Mater.
Musical director and conductor Frank Smith will balance it with Songs and Cries of London Town, a five-part piece inspired by Orlando Gibbons and set to music by Bob Chilcott.
Also included will be selections from Messiah (Part 2) and three Bruckner motets.
Soloists for the pieces are mezzo soprano Samantha Oxborough and soprano Grace O’Malley.
They will also sing excerpts from various operas and pieces by Vivaldi, Dowland and Handel.
A choir spokesperson says: "This promises to be a varied, interesting and lively concert."
Tickets are £12.50, and £5 to cover all under-16s in a family group.
