A KEIGHLEY motorist who used a vehicle without insurance has been banned from driving and ordered to pay over £700 by magistrates.
Muhammed Rooman pleaded guilty to the offence, which occurred in Halifax Road, Keighley, on December 30 last year.
The 20-year-old – of Holker Street – was fined £440, ordered to pay a £176 victim surcharge and £110 costs, and disqualified from driving for six months by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
