POLICE are seeking witnesses following an incident in Keighley.
West Yorkshire Police say the appeal forms part of an ongoing safeguarding investigation.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who saw the incident – which involved two cars, one a distinctive yellow Audi – on Wednesday, October 9.
It happened between 7pm and 8pm, initially near the Toby Carvery in Bradford Road, before moving onto the A650 Aire Valley trunk road.
Drivers who were in the area at the time are being asked to check dashcams for any relevant footage.
