MEMBERS of a Scout group have visited a Keighley mosque.
Beavers and Cub Scouts from the 6th Keighley (Oakworth) group went to the Markazi Jamia Masjid Mosque, in Emily Street.
The visit formed part of the youngsters' work on a faith activity badge.
A group spokesperson says: "As part of the work towards the badge, we had the great privilege of being invited to the Markazi Jamia Masjid Mosque in Keighley.
"The Iman met us and during the visit we learned about the Muslim faith, how the mosque was built and and how it is used on a daily basis.
"We also had the honour of watching the early-evening prayers.
"Our thanks go to everyone at the mosque who made us all feel so welcome."
