AN annual coffee day in aid of Manorlands raised a record £4,510.
The event – which also included a bring-and-buy sale, tombola and raffle – was staged by Haworth woman Kath Neal, supported by family and volunteers.
Since Kath started the initiative 31 years ago, £75,738 has been raised for the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.
A cheque for the proceeds from the latest event was presented to Manorlands community fundraising manager, Andrew Wood.
He said: "We're very grateful to Kath and the team, who over three decades have contributed so much to the care Sue Ryder provides at Manorlands and across the area.
"The event has also become a social highlight for people of the upper Worth Valley, and long may it continue."
Manorlands supports patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families at the hospice and in the community, across an area covering Craven, Airedale, Wharfedale and parts of Bradford.
