ANYONE grieving is invited to attend an event next month where people can remember loved ones.
Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice Manorlands is staging the Celebrate a Life Aire Valley at East Riddlesden Hall on Wednesday, December 4.
People can arrive from 6pm, for a 6.30pm start.
There will be readings, songs and live music performances, and guests can write a personal dedication to someone, which will be displayed.
Anybody may attend, irrespective of when their loved one died or whether the person was cared for by Sue Ryder.
Sarah Bottomley, service director at Manorlands, says: "Being there with other people who are remembering someone special and have experienced the same things as you can bring such comfort, especially at this time of year.
"It is really heartwarming, and it's a truly magical moment when messages are put on the softly-lit wall of lights.
"Sue Ryder Celebrate a Life provides a relaxed and safe space to be, and is a good environment to bring back memories."
Refreshments will be provided afterwards.
The event is free to attend, but spaces are limited.
