CARING customers and staff at a Keighley home furnishings store are helping to spread festive cheer.
The Dunelm outlet at Alston Retail Park has taken part in the company's fifth Delivering Joy Christmas campaign.
A wishlist of gifts for people who may otherwise go without was drawn up, in conjunction with a number of organisations, and tags representing each person were placed on the store's Christmas tree. Customers were then invited to buy gifts.
Just over 1,000 items were donated, catering for people across all age groups.
Charlotte Eeles, the store's community champion, says: "The response was incredible and I would love to say a huge 'thank you' to everyone who has got involved with Delivering Joy this year. It wouldn't be possible without you."
