HUNDREDS of people have given their views on planned work paving the way for the new Airedale Hospital.
And there's still time for the public to have its say, with a consultation running until Monday, December 16.
The plans include a multi-storey car park, plus electric vehicle charging points and areas for motorbikes and bicycles.
There would also be an electricity substation, routes for pedestrians, and a new vehicular access from Skipton Road.
The infrastructure is needed at the Steeton site before the hospital itself is developed.
Airedale NHS Foundation Trust has posted on its website answers to questions raised about the proposals.
"We're currently working to get the site ready ahead of developing the plans for the actual hospital and are asking for feedback on key parts of the project," says a trust spokesperson.
People are able to provide feedback through an app, by email or via a survey form at airedale-trust.nhs.uk/about-us/securing-the-future-of-airedale/stage-two, where more information about the plans – and the answers to frequently-asked questions – can be viewed.
Also, the plans are on display at the hospital until Friday, December 13, at drop-off and collection entrance 3, Zone C, just to the west of the outpatients department entrance.
