Safety work is to be carried out on a culvert near Oakworth.
The buried stone culvert, at Cragg Bottom Road/Dean Edge Road, will be replaced with a structure designed to meet current standards.
Work on the culvert, which carries Dean Clough Beck beneath the road, is due to start on February 16 and should take ten weeks to complete.
The section of road will be closed to traffic and diversions will be in place along Harehills Lane, Providence Lane, West Lane and Hob Lane. The route will be signed.
All businesses in the affected area will remain open, as will the Pennine Way.
